Let's talk about booking
"If we're locked in..." some of ya'll be switching up! Just kidding kind of.. you'd be surprised how many people get mad that I don't always send an invoice right away! PLEASE do not panic if I do not send an instant deposit/ invoice the second we both agree on a date or even that same week! I immediately lock you in my google calendar. I am more than likely waiting for forecast predictions week of or procrastinating because I'm not in a rush to take your money most days!~ Below are some polices and other new client important information I go by with that being said.
Photo delivery?
Basic lifestyle packages* take anywhere from 2-7 days to latest 2 weeks *once your favorites* are turned in. All images are presented via online gallery for you to have the wonderful freedom to chose your favorites included in your purchased package size. 1-5 days after session I will send Your proof gallery with around 40-100+ images from you to chose from. If you would like to purchase additional photos outside of your package size I do sometimes offer first time client upgrades at a discounted price depending on the amount of additional photos you pick.. Depending on how busy the season is sometimes I throw in first time client gifts as well as a thank you from just doing business together or from wonderful reviews etc I love surprises! ( Ask me about my loyalty point system I do reward your support!).
Please remember:
Full Payment must be received 4-24hrs prior to session, non refundable deposits are DUE as soon as they are sent out to secure your date. Additional photos are $10 per extra image outside of packages. I am not a plastic surgeon or photoshop wizard my price reflects my skill, If you would like to "Facetune" your face or waist that is your prerogative.
(Side note, I can see if you opened the invoice or not, some season's are more demanding than others please kindly let me know immediately if your time of session needs to be canceled, prior payment plans, or rescheduled in advance to avoid fee's, no hurt feelings things happen!)
Wardrobe Panic?
Please do not panic. I would absolutely love to help with any planning and coordinating if I can, please just mention it!! Pinterest is our bestie when it comes to coordinating! You can't go wrong with solid colors & or any solid color --neutral colors. In all honesty wearing different colors that compliment one another can really make your session pop! If you want a warm golden hour session vibe please tell me, wearing warmer colors/ neutrals definitely helps. If you're a cooler gal/guy and love your whites-green-teals & other earth tones wear such! You can really control the vibe over your session and edit flow just by color. Hence why you see so many photographers only posting styled shootout model sessions..and then clients ending up confused when they don't get that same vibe returned for their own session. I am here to help you find something for your whole family if I can be!
